IMPORTANT NOTICE
Effective April 26, 2023, all potential vendors must be registered and pre-qualified with the OPR Procurement Depository to provide goods and services to National Energy, in accordance with Section 26 (1) of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act, 2015.
Invitations to Register and Pre-qualify aligned to National Energy’s Annual Procurement Schedule will be advertised on an on-going basis. To progress the registration and pre-qualification process via SAP Ariba, vendors whose services are aligned to National Energy’s published Annual Procurement Schedule will be contacted as a matter of priority; while vendors whose services are not aligned to the Company’s published Annual Procurement Schedule will be contacted at a later date.
Vendors must ensure that the following documents are available before initiating the questionnaire below:
- Certificate of Incorporation/Registration
- BIR Compliance Certificate, not older than six months
- NIS Compliance Certificate, not older than six months
- VAT Compliance Certificate or VAT Exemption Certificate, not older than six months
- Current/Relevant Insurance Schedule
